About the job

Requirements
  • Proven experience managing QA Engineers, leading a quality team, developing people, and setting direction.
  • Hands-on command of Playwright, Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and Postgres.
  • Fluency with Claude Code and the ability to set up AI agents and skills to reduce manual effort and increase coverage.
  • Deep senior-level automation expertise, including writing automation tests against the stated technology stack.

  • Comfort with monitoring, signal review, incident response, and converting production patterns into improved test coverage.
  • Ability to make independent escalation decisions.
  • Ability to scale quality through systems, standards, and people.
Responsibilities
  • Own quality across every supported platform by setting quality strategy, defining platform health, maintaining a current view of quality, and keeping a plan for improvement.
  • Lead and grow the QA function by managing QA Engineers responsible for each platform, coaching and developing them, setting direction, and building a high-performing team.

  • Own and evolve test automation architecture and tooling, including frameworks, pattern libraries, and standards.
  • Drive production health by regularly reviewing production signals, monitoring non-functional requirement compliance, tracking bugs and escalations by platform and severity, and maintaining trustworthy feature health scores for new features.
  • Lead incident response from a quality perspective, independently declare escalations, drive root-cause analysis, and update contracts to prevent recurring gaps.
  • Configure and maintain AI-assisted quality pipelines across solution-document and acceptance-criteria review, test generation, pull-request risk scoring, and production-signal analysis.
Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to AI-assisted quality tooling, mutation testing, and observability stacks such as Datadog, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Experience owning quality across multiple products or platforms simultaneously.

Harver launches AI PREVAIL, first assessment tool to measure workforce AI readiness for hiring and development

Harver has launched AI PREVAIL, the first purpose-built assessment tool for measuring AI aptitude and adaptability in hiring and employee development. Developed by PhD-level psychologists and data scientists, the module evaluates candidates' and employees' ability to understand, adapt to and effectively use AI tools in workplace contexts. The assessment measures four dimensions: practical AI judgement, applied AI use in simulations, learning agility and human-AI effectiveness. It aligns with major AI literacy frameworks including those from the US Department of Labor, OECD, UNESCO and World Economic Forum. The launch addresses a critical gap: whilst 94% of companies cite AI literacy as a hiring factor, most lack rigorous measurement methods. AI PREVAIL is available immediately as a standalone solution or add-on module, integrating with existing HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
