Requirements
An active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required.
A Master’s degree in a related field is required.
Prior clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
Prior supervisory experience is required.
Provide evidence of a negative tuberculosis test.
Pass an FBI and Department of Justice Live Scan background check.
Have consistent and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments using assessment tools.
Design Applied Behavior Analysis treatment programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other behavioral disabilities.
Ensure the integrity of program implementation.
Monitor treatment-plan effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
Analyze data and create graphs for data visualization and analysis.
Provide individualized, client-centered parent training.
Engage in active listening and positive interaction with clients and caregivers.
Facilitate clinical team meetings.
Model behavior intervention strategies for behavior technicians and caregivers.
Provide supervision, support, and development opportunities to behavior technicians and case supervisors.
Generate and complete progress reports.
Conduct initial behavioral assessments.
Use assessment tools, including Vineland-3 and VB-MAPP.
Oversee the development, modification, and implementation of treatment plans, including behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals, for clients on the caseload.
Collaborate with the clinical team, caregivers, and case supervisors to develop comprehensive, individualized intervention plans.
Work one-on-one with caregivers in home and community settings as needed.
Desired Qualifications
Strong Applied Behavior Analysis and clinical skills are preferred.
Compensation
Hourly Pay equivalent to $85,000 - $100,000 per year

The BCBA works with individuals with a variety of disorders, such as Autism, ADHD and Mild Intellectual disabilities. BCBAs oversee the development, modification, and implementation of treatment plans (i.e., behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals) for each client on their caseload. They work collaboratively on a clinical team and may work one-on-one with caregivers in home and community settings. The BCBA collaborates with the client’s caregivers and the case supervisor to develop a comprehensive and individualized intervention plan.
