Requirements
  • Student must be at least a Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree program in Business or related field
  • Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and data analysis

Responsibilities
  • Working within existing processes to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all sales and business reports, views, dashboards, and user data
  • Implementing new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies, and procedures
  • Training and supporting end users on accessing of reports and business processes
  • Providing business continuity support for any issues related to sales processes, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, forecast etc.
  • Supporting Global Business Alignment Process
  • Extracting financial, statistical, and other data from various information systems and other sources
  • Developing customized reports for executive and customer presentation
  • Educating and training user community on the potential uses of the business intelligence system
