  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering (any), or a related field of study
  • 5 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or data science
  • Master's degree in an acceptable field of study and 3 years of experience in an accepted occupation
Responsibilities
  • Build products within one product area and complete cross-product projects
  • Drive strategic product and project planning through opportunity exploration and scoping
  • Set OKRs and roadmap for product area and cross product projects
  • Work cross-functionally to come up with innovative, differentiated solutions
  • Execute and manage projects that impact company-level strategic goals
  • Categorize and synthesize customer research to prioritize features and milestones
  • Build alignment and drive decision making across stakeholders
  • Define use cases, document potential ways to solve, identify concerns, and flag edge cases
  • Lead people on the project, coach and mentor new team members, and provide performance evaluations
  • Oversee daily workflow
  • Anticipate and pre-empt product risks and blockers
  • Evangelize current product processes and prototype new process improvements
