Requirements
  • Must be available to work at least four days per week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required airport security credentials, including a U.S. Customs and Border Protection Seal and airport badge.
  • Must provide identification documents and successfully complete any airport, Transportation Security Administration, or U.S. Customs and Border Protection security review, credentialing process, or background check required.
  • Ability to learn airline systems and efficiently manage tasks.
  • Ability to handle passenger challenges with patience, empathy, and quick thinking.
Responsibilities
  • Assist passengers with check-in, process travel documents, and ensure baggage is properly tagged.
  • Provide flight information, make boarding announcements, and verify passenger documentation.
  • Address passenger inquiries, assist with ticketing concerns, and de-escalate situations professionally and empathetically.
  • Follow airport safety and security protocols to ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with the team to create a seamless airport experience for travelers.
