Besides the core platform, LivePerson adds services like custom integrations and consulting. The company differentiates itself by offering a multi-channel, real-time engagement solution with built-in tools for conversations, automation, and insights, rather than relying on a single channel or on-off messaging. Its goal is to help businesses improve customer service, increase engagement, and boost sales by making it easy for customers to start conversations and get quick answers.
