Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent
  • Demonstrated success and strong execution track record in building and sustaining scalable technology products
  • Great interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication
  • Proven track record of successful stakeholder management including executive communications, handling escalations, and advocating for ongoing investment in your product
  • Experience working on products with developer interfaces (App deployment, APIs, SDKs); hardware or hardware-related product experience a plus
Responsibilities
  • Set a motivating multi-year vision for device software in partnership with the Hardware team
  • Partner with software and hardware engineers to deeply understand the technology that our devices rely on
  • Partner with cross-functional partners to research, document, and deeply understand what Terminal customers need
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to develop a compelling roadmap for extending Terminal growth via third-party hardware partnerships
  • Use metrics to inform your point of view and leverage analytics to measure success
  • Define product requirements, provide clear guidance on prioritization, and support decisions related to development sequencing
