Responsibilities
  • Support the operation and administration of core enterprise platforms, ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and timely issue resolution.
  • Perform routine system monitoring, data validation, and quality checks in line with defined controls and standards.
  • Assist with user access, basic configuration, and troubleshooting activities across supported platforms.
  • Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards to support business and human resources stakeholders.
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities in partnership with information technology and functional teams.
  • Document processes, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles to support consistent service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and improved user experience across core platforms.
  • Print, stamp or seal, mail or ship, distribute, and route documents for wet signatures where local management is required.
  • Store, archive, and retrieve human resources documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; and scan and name documents for Veeva.
  • Upload and submit filings; print and hand-deliver documents to agencies; support audits; and coordinate onsite audits.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • Exposure to human resources systems or core enterprise platforms, such as human resources information systems, learning systems, or workforce systems.
  • Experience supporting global or shared-services environments.
  • Familiarity with reporting, analytics, or data visualization tools.
  • Experience working in a regulated or multinational organization.
  • Systems, analytics, or human resources technology certifications are preferred but not required.
