About the job
- 7–15 years of experience in Data Management or Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC); cloud version is mandatory.
- Experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions in Banking.
- Understanding of Master Data concepts, Data Quality frameworks, data governance basics, and data modeling.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
- Define and manage Data Products across Banking domains such as Customer, Account, and Product.
- Design and configure matching and merging rules, survivorship rules, golden record creation, hierarchies, and workflows.
- Implement and monitor Data Quality rules.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with development teams for data integration and deployment.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), production rollout, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer.
