Informatica MDM Consultant

We are hiring an experienced Data Product & MDM professional with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and proven experience working with Banking clients.

The role involves leading Master Data initiatives, defining data products, managing data quality, and working closely with business and technology stakeholders in a Banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica IDMC
• Define and manage Data Products across Banking domains such as Customer, Account, and Product
• Design and configure:
• Matching & merging rules
• Survivorship rules
• Golden record creation
• Hierarchies and workflows

• Implement and monitor Data Quality rules
• Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Coordinate with development teams for data integration and deployment
• Support UAT, production rollout, and post-go-live stabilization
• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer

Required Skills

• 7–15 years of experience in Data Management / Data Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in Informatica IDMC (Cloud version mandatory)
• Experience implementing MDM solutions in Banking
• Good understanding of:
• Master Data concepts
• Data Quality frameworks
• Data governance basics
• Data modeling
