- A current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan is required.
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills are required.
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation.

- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation is preferred.
