Requirements

  • Ability to work in tight or enclosed spaces using hands, arms, and upper body positioning is required.
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment is required.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble electrical and mechanical components following provided drawings, diagrams, or written instructions.
  • Mount parts and devices to control panels and enclosures with accuracy and consistency.
  • Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Inspect work for completeness and accuracy, and report potential issues to a supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Support other production areas or assist with special projects as needed.
