Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to interact professionally with co-workers and guests while ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to work in an open-air environment in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10–30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, including navigating stairs and ramps.
  • Availability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including frequent reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
  • Must meet all state and local health requirements related to food handling and alcohol service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead event-day concessions staff while maintaining direct interaction with guests.
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and counseling of event staff.
  • Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
  • Train, educate, and enforce responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with corporate procedures.
  • Develop and uphold standards for guest service, sanitation, product quality, and food safety.
  • Ensure all cash handling and alcohol service procedures are properly documented and enforced.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure compliance with service standards, inventory procedures, and cash controls.
  • Conduct physical inventory audits, research discrepancies, and perform reconciliations as needed.
