Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced process mapping skills, including value stream mapping, SIPOC, and swim-lane analysis.
  • Experience establishing enterprise process standards, operating models, or business systems across multiple functions and regions.
  • Hands-on experience using process mining platforms such as Celonis to drive process improvements.
  • Experience implementing automation, robotic process automation, and artificial intelligence solutions within transactional or back-office environments.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning transaction processing and configuration, including approvals, controls, matching logic, tolerances, and master data management.
  • Proven ability to influence executive leaders and drive enterprise change without formal authority.
  • Experience improving knowledge-work processes where the primary output is information, decisions, or documentation.
  • Formal change management certification or expertise, such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent.
  • Experience helping build a Center of Excellence, transformation office, or shared-services organization.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms and human-in-the-loop artificial intelligence solutions.
