Requirements
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of veterinary nursing experience.
  • Be clinically confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Be confident making accurate and timely telephone triage decisions.
  • Have experience using RxWorks.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • Follow detailed processes and procedures.
  • Work independently while remaining connected and engaged with a remote team.
  • Have strong communication skills and enjoy helping pet owners.
  • Be available for the rostered days and hours for the selected part-time position, or have broad availability for casual leave coverage.
Responsibilities
  • Provide professional telephone triage and general pet health advice.
  • Assist clients with appointment bookings and enquiries.
  • Support Greencross clinics nationwide.
  • Manage website enquiries and customer service requests.
  • Assist with Pet Health Reminders and other business initiatives.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting positive patient outcomes.
  • Provide planned and unplanned leave coverage across the Client Services Team for the casual position.
Desired Qualifications
  • Broad availability, including Saturdays, for the casual position.
