UHY has acquired CMJ, expanding the Top 50 firm's presence in New York State and adding expertise in construction and financial services. The deal adds one office to UHY, with CMJ founders Paul Curtis and William Jeffreys joining as partners alongside their staff. UHY, ranked No. 26 on Accounting Today's 2025 Top 100 Firms list, reported $385 million in revenue with 190 partners and over 1,700 employees across 35 offices. The acquisition follows UHY's December 2024 private equity investment from Summit Partners, which has fuelled significant M&A activity.
