Requirements

  • Proficiency with computer tools, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to organize and plan.

  • Proactive approach, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
  • Manage production-related documentation, including work orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Control material stock and manage orders to suppliers.
  • Record and analyze production data and generate periodic reports.
  • Collaborate in production planning and organization.
  • Answer telephone calls and manage email.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of English.
  • Experience using production management software.
