- At least 4 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and installation methods.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team members, and dispatch.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with leadership potential.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in field environments across residential job sites, climb ladders, navigate uneven surfaces, work in confined spaces, and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools and vehicles.
- Ability to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members.
- Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
- Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems in residential homes.
- Perform service calls for leaks, clogs, fixture repairs, water heaters, softeners, and other plumbing issues.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners about solutions and options.
- Offer upgrades and system improvements when appropriate.
- Assist with or complete minor installations as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and vehicle.
- Ensure safety for yourself, your team, and the customer’s home.
- Accurately document work performed and materials used.
