Requirements

Ability to perform production operations in compliance with defined standards and identify and report anomalies.
Ability to clean and maintain machines and workstations and complete production monitoring documents.
Ability to supply a workstation with raw materials, packaging items, and small equipment while checking conformity.
Ability to check and control quality at machine entry and exit, condition parts, isolate defective products, and raise a QRAP.
Ability to monitor manufacturing operations while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Ability to participate in or perform series changes and quality-control operations requiring additional technical skills.
Ability to check the operating and safety status of production installations and equipment and perform level 1 maintenance.
Ability to maintain 5S standards at the workstation.
Ability to communicate detected problems to the team leader or supervisor, open a QRAP when necessary, and pass workstation instructions to the next team.
Ability to follow environmental management, energy, health and safety risk-prevention, policy, procedure, and product-respect requirements.
Ability to support and train colleagues according to site-defined criteria.
Ability to work across multiple areas and competencies according to site-defined versatility criteria.

Responsibilities

Carry out production operations in accordance with defined standards, and detect and report anomalies.
Clean and maintain machines and workstations, and complete production monitoring documents.
Supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items, and small equipment, checking their conformity.
Check and control quality at machine entry and exit, condition parts, isolate defective products, and alert relevant parties by opening a QRAP.
Monitor the manufacturing program and production flow while respecting safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Participate in or perform series changes and carry out quality-control operations requiring additional technical skills.
Ensure the proper functioning of production tools and perform adjustment and parameterization operations on production equipment.
Check operating and safety conditions of production installations and equipment, and ensure level 1 maintenance.
Maintain 5S standards at the workstation.
Inform the team leader or supervisor of detected problems, open a QRAP when necessary, and pass workstation instructions to the next team.
Participate in daily and monthly meetings and training.
Respect and enforce standards for environmental management, energy, and health and safety risk prevention, and alert others to deviations.
Comply with current policies and procedures and respect product requirements.
Participate in the team's continuous improvement process, including proposing and implementing improvement proposals.
Participate in improvement projects.
Be versatile within the assigned scope and support and train colleagues according to site-defined criteria.
May partially replace a higher-qualification position and work across multiple areas according to site-defined versatility criteria.

Ensure production while respecting quality and deadlines

Level 1

Carry out one or more production operations, in compliance with defined standards, detect and report anomalies.
Clean and maintain machines as well as their workstation.
Complete production monitoring documents.
Supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items and small equipment, checking their conformity.
Check and control quality at the entrance and exit of the machine and condition the parts. Isolate defective products and alert them by opening a QRAP.
Monitor the program and the smooth running of manufacturing while respecting safety, quality and productivity standards.

Level 2

Participate/Perform series changes.
Carry out quality control operations requiring additional technical skills.
Ensure the proper functioning of your production tool

Level 1

Check the operating and safety status of production installations and equipment. Ensure level 1 maintenance.
Be guarantor of the 5S of the position.
Inform the team leader, or his supervisor, of the problems he detects and open a QRAP if necessary. Pass the instructions regarding your position to the next team.
Participate in daily and monthly meetings and training.

Level 2

Participate in improvement projects.
Carry out adjustment/parameterization operations on production equipment.

Responsibilities and latitude of action

Level 1

Respect and enforce all standards in terms of environmental management, energy and health and safety risk prevention and alert in the event of deviation.
Comply with current policies and procedures.
Participate in the continuous improvement process within the team, in particular through the emergence and realization of PAs (proposals for improvement).
Respect the rules for respecting the product.

Level 2

Be versatile within its scope (according to the versatility criteria defined on the site). Support and train (according to the criteria defined on the site).

Level 3

May be required to partially replace a higher qualification job.
Be multi-competent in several areas (according to the versatility criteria defined on the site).
