Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive, integrated, multigenerational wealth strategies for high net worth clients, including placement of wealth management products to satisfy identified needs.
  • Engage in prospecting, selling, production, and delivery of financial planning services to new and existing Private Wealth Management clients.
  • Identify and pursue the acquisition of qualified Private Wealth Management clients, including new and existing bank clients.
  • Recognize financial planning, estate planning, tax planning, and product implementation opportunities and communicate them to clients and appropriate Relationship Team members.
  • Collect data necessary to prepare financial or estate plans.
  • Present and execute financial, estate, or tax plans.
  • Analyze client financial information and deliver financial advice and appropriate financial products based on client needs.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with members of the designated Relationship Team to support client service and development.
  • Team with partners throughout the bank to generate and make referrals that align clients with the appropriate channel.
  • Provide ongoing relationship servicing to current clients to maintain goodwill and gain additional business.
  • Monitor, maintain, and update the call planner, pipeline, and closed business report using a sales management tool.
  • Represent the bank in civic, community, and industry functions to network and develop additional business.
  • Maintain an understanding of the company's wealth products, wealth issues, product solutions relevant to Private Wealth Management clients, investments, and risk to discuss needs and propose solutions.

  • Series 7, Series 66, and Life/Health licenses; current Series 63 and 65 registration may substitute for Series 66.

"We're proud to welcome our clients and neighbors back to the newly renovated Elmwood financial center," said Liz Hefler, Hancock Whitney's GNO regional president. "This investment reflects our commitment to being a strong, accessible financial partner for the people and businesses we serve throughout Jefferson Parish and the greater New Orleans region." Hefler said the bank plans to continue using the Harahan location to serve customers and build relationships across the region. The reopening celebration also included appearances by the New Orleans Saints mascot and the team's Super Bowl trophy, along with refreshments and giveaways. The renovation comes as Hancock Whitney continues to maintain a banking presence across the Gulf South. Hancock Whitney up 16.9% YTD on revenue growth and expanding margins

The company's revenues have grown at a 3.6% compound annual rate from 2020 to 2025, supported by loan growth. Hancock Whitney gets regulatory approval to acquire One Florida Bank

Hancock Whitney Corporation has received regulatory approval to acquire OFB Bancshares, parent company of One Florida Bank. The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance have granted approval or confirmed non-objection to the deal. OFB Bancshares shareholders approved the merger agreement at a special meeting. The acquisition, initially announced on 15 May 2026, is expected to close on or about 1 August 2026, pending customary closing conditions. One Florida Bank operates six banking offices across Florida, offering commercial, residential mortgage, and instalment loans alongside deposit accounts. Hancock Whitney maintains financial centres across Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, and Texas.
