  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, organize, prioritize, and assess work for a software delivery team.
  • Gather feature requests, schedule releases, and coordinate sprints.
  • Identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Define what should be built on behalf of relevant business teams and why.
  • Interact with subject matter experts across multiple departments.
  • Support Business Analyst and Quality Assurance professionals in creating user stories and developing test plans based on product and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define product team goals and create execution plans for development projects, focusing on outcomes rather than solutions.
  • Translate product initiative requirements into functional requirements and user stories for functional team members.
  • Maintain and apply an understanding of work process dependencies.
  • Provide overall leadership, guidance, and support for software product delivery teams.
  • Work with Scrum Masters and Technical Leads to direct, motivate, and guide delivery teams.
  • Support Business Analyst and Quality Assurance professionals in developing project test plans, test scripts, and organizing testing efforts.
  • Lead Agile activities and ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, story reviews, release and sprint planning sessions, status meetings, sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Communicate regularly with Program and Portfolio Managers, internal stakeholders, project sponsors, and other technology teams to ensure smooth onboarding of work.

Inside, beside vending machines and a coffee maker, Warren Buffett called to order the annual meeting of Berkshire Hathaway shareholders, with approximately 20 attendees present. The perfunctory business was dispensed with in just five minutes. Then Buffett offered: "I've got an hour, and if anybody wants to stick around and talk about the investment business, I'm available."This modest gathering in the 1970s bears little resemblance to today's extravaganza that draws tens of thousands of investors from around the world to Omaha. The transformation of this annual shareholder meeting mirrors the remarkable journey of Berkshire Hathaway itself – from a struggling textile mill to a $1 trillion conglomerate under Buffett's leadership.The Humble BeginningsWhen Buffett gained control of Berkshire Hathaway in 1965, the company was a failing textile business.
