Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Must hold a valid Oregon state security license, or obtain the sponsored DPSST license.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be proficient in navigating computer programs and software.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to meet the physical essential functions of the job, including lifting 50+ pounds, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.
  • Must be proficient in Genetec, camera systems, and closed-circuit television (CCTV) technology.
  • Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
  • Oversee daily security operations to protect facility assets, employees, and guests around the clock.
  • Monitor, direct, and respond to security and safety issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular foot patrols and physical activity.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bilingual ability is considered a plus.
  • Evening, overnight, and weekend availability.
