About the job
- Training in Process Engineering or production-line operation.
- Ability to work autonomously and rigorously.
- Availability for a 5x8 shift schedule.
- Control the packaging of the assigned product.
- Apply the control and sampling plan.
- Perform product changes.
- Start, stop, restart, and ensure the proper operation of the packaging machine.
- Supply the packaging machine with consumables.
- Check packaging quality through regular product self-inspections.
- Monitor the line's critical control points.
- Complete production-monitoring documents.
- Limit packaging, material, and product losses and propose improvement actions.
- Perform first-level maintenance on the production line.
