East & Co. opens in Boulder's Flatiron Park.

East & Co. opens in Boulder's Flatiron Park. East & Co., a new market hall, restaurant, bar and community gathering space, is now open at 2100 Central Ave. in BioMed Realty's Flatiron Park. The 17,000-square-foot hospitality destination is a collaboration between BioMed Realty, Working Title Food Group and EVG Hospitality. The project transforms an existing two-story office building into an all-day dining and amenity space designed to serve Flatiron Park's life sciences and technology workforce as well as the broader East Boulder community. Working Title Food Group, a Boulder-based restaurant collective, developed the culinary concept, while EVG Hospitality is leading the opening and operations. East & Co. offers coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with a full cocktail program, retail market and flexible indoor and outdoor spaces for meetings, events and community gatherings. The concept also includes an ongoing partnership with the Boulder County Farmers Market, incorporating seasonal produce and locally sourced products. The project involved a comprehensive renovation of the existing building. BNBuilders served as general contractor and Gensler provided architectural design. Construction included removal of the second-floor slab on metal deck, new MEP utilities from the street, installation of a new transformer, upgraded MEP distribution, a new commercial kitchen and extensive millwork. The redesigned space features a coffee and cocktail bar, fireplace lounge, game room, private conference and training areas, restaurant seating, indoor-outdoor gathering areas, an event lawn and cabana-style outdoor seating. The project team also had to maintain access and circulation for neighboring tenants throughout construction within the active life sciences and technology campus. According to BioMed Realty, the project responds to demand from Flatiron Park tenants for a central place to gather, connect and recharge while also supporting local Colorado businesses. Working Title Food Group founder Josh Dinar described the goal as creating a central gathering place for East Boulder and its growing technology and health-focused workforce. East & Co. is currently open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Ulysses Development Group (UDG), Congressman Joe Neguse, State Senator Dylan Roberts, Mayor Woods, Maria De Cambra, Eagle County and residents gathered SERHANT., the AI-native real estate and media company, has announced the launch of SERHANT. Owning South Florida? Jessica Taylor leaves Serhant, joins Douglas Elliman.

Owning South Florida? Jessica Taylor leaves Serhant, joins Douglas Elliman. She's now part of the Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach sales team Jessica Taylor of "Owning Manhattan" fame left Serhant and joined Douglas Elliman, making the drive down to South Florida from New York this past weekend. Taylor, known for her role on the Netflix show that follows brokerage founder Ryan Serhant, left his firm and moved to Palm Beach. On Instagram, where she has nearly 40,000 followers, she said there is "no bad blood whatsoever" between her and her former firm, praising her time with Serhant. She told The Real Deal she expected to spend her entire career at Serhant. Taylor joined Ravi Kantha's team in 2024. "I've had a great time. I've been there for five years. When I joined, I was agent No. 20. We were working in a tiny townhouse in Tribeca. Now we have over 1,000 agents in New York alone, and I think we're in like 12 to 15 states," she said on Instagram. In a statement, Ryan Serhant wished her well, and said he looks forward to "many deals together." Last year, she was involved in deals totaling more than $100 million in closed dollar volume; her career sales total over $500 million, according to Elliman. She specializes in luxury sales and new developments and is licensed in Florida and New York. The move was prompted by the opportunity to work on the sales team for Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach. Camilo Miguel Jr.'s Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development launched the project earlier this year, which will mark the brand's first development in the U.S. Taylor had been looking to move to Florida and met with a number of developers. The market is "booming and it is great to be in the heart of it," she said. "I knew I wanted to be in West Palm Beach and this was the best project." Banyan Tree is a subsidiary of the Singapore-based hospitality giant Banyan Group, which has a portfolio of luxury hotels and residential communities primarily in Asia and the Middle East. The change in her license marks a return to Elliman for Taylor, who worked on the Eklund-Gomes team between 2015 and 2016. From there, she jumped to the Corcoran Group before joining Serhant in 2021. Before real estate, Taylor worked for UBS as a recruiter. "From the show I have an amazing international exposure," she said. "And Banyan Tree is very well-known across Asia and Europe."
