- Lead and oversee daily territory operations across X-ray, ultrasound, cardiac, and nursing modalities.
- Supervise, support, and motivate staff through in-person leadership, meetings, and ongoing communication.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and retain qualified team members to ensure proper staffing levels.
- Monitor productivity, schedules, timekeeping, equipment, and vehicles to maintain efficient and compliant operations.
- Serve as a liaison between field staff, clients, and executive leadership while addressing and resolving operational or service issues.
- Step in clinically when needed to maintain coverage, service quality, and patient care standards.
- Manage resources and budgets, support new service lines, and drive operational improvements for territory performance.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited radiography or sonography program is preferred.
- Current ARRT and/or ARDMS registration is preferred but not required.
- Three to five years of experience in long-term acute care, skilled nursing, or mobile settings is preferred.
