  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of supervisory or technical management experience in a production or food manufacturing environment is required.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and inventory management is required.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement software such as SAP is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and promote a safety-first culture by supporting the site's Health and Safety program and ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Quality requirements.
  • Serve as the Plant Progressive Maintenance Pillar Leader and develop the plant's 2–3-year maintenance and reliability strategy.
  • Manage and improve preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and operational performance.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and mentor maintenance technicians, coordinators, and support staff through performance feedback, training, and technical guidance.
  • Establish and optimize inspection schedules, service checklists, work orders, repair plans, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
  • Use key performance indicators, root cause analysis, and corrective action methodologies to monitor maintenance performance and eliminate recurring failures.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Total Productive Maintenance, Single-Minute Exchange of Die, Plan-Do-Check-Act, Breakdown Elimination (6W2H), Centerline, Clean-Inspect-Lubricate, and other operational excellence tools.
  • Lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System for maintenance planning, scheduling, asset management, and Progressive Maintenance Pillar execution.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and site leadership to develop and execute maintenance and reliability plans, performance metrics, and long-term asset strategies.
  • Manage maintenance-related capital projects and annual capital budgets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with original equipment manufacturers, contractors, and vendors; negotiate and manage service agreements; define project scopes; and oversee contractor and field service activities.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on support to troubleshoot equipment issues, resolve complex failures, and minimize production downtime.
  • Improve maintenance standards, processes, and training programs.
  • Serve as an active member of the Plant Steering Team.
  • Support the facility's maintenance, services, equipment, and infrastructure, including spare parts, equipment inventories, and third-party service contractors.

TreeHouse Foods and Investindustrial Announce Definitive Acquisition Agreement for a Total Enterprise Value of $2.9 Billion

TreeHouse Foods Shareholders to Receive $22.50 Per Share in Cash and One Contingent Value Right Per Share TreeHouse Foods, Inc. (NYSE: THS, "TreeHouse Foods" or "the Company") and Industrial FB Investments III Inc. ("Investindustrial"), an independently managed investment subsidiary of Investindustrial VIII SCSp, part of a leading European group of independently managed investment, holding, and advisory companies, today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which TreeHouse Foods will be acquired by Investindustrial in an all-cash transaction for a total Enterprise Value of $2.9 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, TreeHouse Foods shareholders will receive $22.50 per share in cash for each share of common stock owned at closing, and one non-transferable Contingent Value Right ("CVR") per common share.
