You will own your talent pipeline end-to-end, partnering directly with hiring managers to source for our most crucial roles across tech, marketing, sales, operations, and more. This is a high-impact, generalist position where you will shape the future talent base of PERGOLUX and grow into a strategic recruiting partner as the company scales.
