Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 3 year of product management experience or at least 3 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred)
  • MBA or Master’s degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile product management (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, scoping and design of new BC&P data products and enhancements to other business led data products as the key POC on behalf of BC&P data org
  • Oversee the operationalization of Data Products for BC&P (scoping, alignment, and modeling)
  • Work with enterprise stakeholders to define the BC&P Data Universe across Capital One and make decisions on connecting customer keys to other Data Products.
  • Partner with business and product teams to define success criteria for the BC&P data products moving forward
  • Ensure architectural assessments are completed prior to us integrating new data sources and creating data products
  • Research, Analyze, Design and Produce metrics used to measure effectiveness of a product including customer acquisition, customer engagement, monetization, etc.
  • Managing and leading a high performing team of associates
