About the Job

Requirements

At least 15 years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies.
Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, core Java concepts including multithreading, design patterns, and collections; Spring; Hibernate; Groovy; Grails; and building Java-based distributed systems and web services using REST/SOAP APIs. Groovy and Grails are preferred.
Proficiency with relational database management system servers, including designing and optimizing queries, performance tuning, and stored procedures.
Hands-on experience with code repository tools and Java debugging tools.
Basic understanding of user interface development, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Strong database knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve locking issues and performance bottlenecks.
Experience managing API concurrency, rate limiting, throttling, and performance.
Experience handling bulk executions, file uploads, and large-scale data processing efficiently.
Experience building large language model/artificial intelligence-driven systems, ideally with multi-agent orchestration.
Active, deliberate daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or comparable tools, beyond autocomplete.
Proficiency in artificial intelligence frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Transformers.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Ability to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to communicate effectively and interact with other teams across the organization.
Ability to work effectively and achieve results across functional areas in a rapidly changing work environment.
Ability to manage multiple teams and initiatives, maintain a consistent record of activities, and handle confidential work with discretion.
Extensive hands-on experience building and managing the development of complex, large-scale enterprise applications and products with resilience and reliability.
Proven experience in team management, attracting, hiring, retaining, and leading engineering talent and high-performance product engineering teams.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirements analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
Develop enterprise identity cloud solutions.
Test and deploy applications and systems.
Revise, update, refactor, and debug code.
Start programs from scratch and maintain existing services.
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle.
Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
Follow agile principles.

Desired Qualifications

A Master's degree in Information Technology is preferred.
Experience with Groovy and Grails is preferred.
Experience building artificial intelligence-driven systems with multi-agent orchestration is ideal.

WHAT YOU BRING

15+ yrs of experience in Java/J2ee technologies.
Hands-on experience of Java/J2EE, core Java concepts (multithreading, design patterns using Java, collections etc.), Spring, Hibernate, Groovy and Grails preferred and building web services using REST/SOAP APIs java based distributed systems.
Proficiency with RDBMS Server in designing and optimizing queries, performance tuning and stored procedures.
Good hands-on experience with Code Repository tools and Java debugging tools.
Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices such as estimation review, design review, code review, unit testing, continuous integration/development.
UI Development: Basic understanding of UI, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Database Expertise: Strong DB knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve locking issues and performance bottlenecks.
API Management: Experience managing concurrency, rate limiting, throttling, and API performance.
Bulk Processing: Handling bulk executions, file uploads, and large-scale data processing efficiently.
Experience in building LLM/AI-driven systems, ideally with multi-agent orchestration.
Active, deliberate use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or comparable) as part of your daily workflow — beyond autocomplete.
Proficiency in AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Transformers).
