- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in owners association management is required.
- A certification in property management or owners association management, such as CMCA, M100, or PCAM, is required.
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations is required.
- Proficiency in financial management and reporting is required.
- Experience with property management software is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
- Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship is required.
- Oversee community management, including financial management, maintenance, and resident experience.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws.
- Monitor service providers’ performance to ensure adherence to company service-level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize and grow the buildings under management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives focused on sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, vendors, and authorities.
- Regularly assess building operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
