- Advanced experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure storage use cases, including mounting Object Storage on Compute instances and File Storage backups.
- Experience developing application access APIs for storage buckets.
- Experience developing Functions to automate scheduled processes and converting cron-based jobs to Functions.
- Experience with cloud security, including identity and access management, web application firewalls, security lists, and network security groups.
- Experience handling cloud metrics and logging to troubleshoot outages and monitor user activity.
- Advanced Linux system administration experience.
- Experience configuring systems for application integration.
- Experience working with developers on application impact and remediations related to security vulnerabilities.
- Experience integrating application and operating-system logs with Splunk or another logging platform.
- Experience remediating application and operating-system threats from a security information and event management system.
- Experience with Python and shell scripting.
- Intermediate Windows administration experience.
- Experience with Internet Information Services and application installation.
- Intermediate familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and backups.
- Experience configuring Simple Mail Transfer Protocol for application email alerts.
- Mandatory experience writing Ansible playbooks for Linux application installation, patching, and operating-system state management.
- Experience creating and maintaining Ansible playbooks for Windows automation, including rebooting, application installation, time synchronization operations, and Active Directory integration.
- Experience creating custom inventories for cloud resources.
- Experience troubleshooting DevOps procedures involving GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Ansible.
- In-depth experience containerizing existing application stacks into microservices.
- Experience building and managing Kubernetes clusters using cloud-native tools and Red Hat OpenShift.
- Experience creating a steady-state support readiness process.
- Experience consolidating application and container logs with standard logging services.
- Experience creating metrics dashboards using Grafana, the ELK stack, and Kubernetes Dashboard.
- Experience creating DevOps processes for blue-green and canary deployments.
- Engage simultaneously with network, application, systems, and vendor stakeholders while serving as a Troubleshooting Coordinator.
- Design and support architecture across multiple domains in a hybrid cloud environment.
- Develop APIs for application access to storage buckets.
- Develop Functions to automate scheduled processes.
- Troubleshoot outages and monitor user activity using cloud metrics and logging.
- Configure systems for application integration and remediate application and operating-system security vulnerabilities.
- Integrate application and operating-system logs with logging platforms and remediate threats identified by security information and event management systems.

- Create and maintain Ansible automation for Linux and Windows environments and cloud resources.
- Troubleshoot DevOps procedures involving GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Ansible.
- Containerize existing application stacks into microservices.
- Build and manage Kubernetes clusters using cloud-native tools and Red Hat OpenShift.
- Create support readiness processes and consolidate application and container logs.
- Create metrics dashboards and implement blue-green and canary deployment processes.
- Splunk experience is highly preferred.
