Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Strong background in Texas Plaintiff Personal Injury law.
- Ability to independently handle discovery and legal drafting.
- Experience developing case strategies from the ground up.
- Exceptional drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
- Ability to train, guide, and support junior team members.
- Comfort working in an in-office, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior paralegals.
- Ensure high-quality, consistent work across the team.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests from scratch.
- Develop case-specific legal strategies based on facts and law.
- Prepare petitions, pleadings, and complaints for state and federal courts.
- Draft motions, including motions to compel.
- Create precise jury charges to guide case strategy.
- Align discovery and pleadings with key legal elements.
- Review and analyze discovery, medical records, and case evidence.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and strategically aligned.
- Prepare detailed trial binders and support attorneys during trial.
- Coordinate and organize all necessary trial materials.
- Track court deadlines and ensure timely filings.
