Requirements
Must be licensed to practice in the state of Idaho under a degree such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.
Responsibilities
Provide mental health services, including direct therapeutic treatment and maintaining appropriate documentation.
Provide services in a clinic and hospital setting.
Facilitate discussion with providers and the healthcare team to ensure patients and families have the resources needed for optimum outcomes.
Agree to a one-year commitment for the sign-on bonus.
