- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and basic numbers, and to speak simple sentences.
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 75 pounds while using machinery and equipment for essential maintenance tasks, including installing outside air conditioning units.
- Ability to frequently bend and stoop to access equipment and machinery required for essential maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge and skill in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy as needed and maintain a professional appearance.
- Clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and other common areas daily or as scheduled by the manager.
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment owned by the property or management company.
- Respond courteously and efficiently to resident and management requests, and report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
- Adhere to Occupational Safety and Health Act standards and company safety policies at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
