Dulcedo Management operates as a multi-disciplinary talent agency representing individuals across the modeling, influencer, and professional sports industries in North America. The agency manages the careers of its clients by securing brand partnerships, negotiating contracts, and coordinating media appearances to increase their public visibility and earning potential. Unlike traditional agencies that often specialize in a single niche, Dulcedo integrates several distinct departments—fashion, digital influence, and sports—under one roof. This structure allows the company to facilitate cross-industry collaborations, such as placing a professional athlete in a high-fashion campaign or connecting a digital creator with a sports brand. The company’s goal is to provide comprehensive career management that helps talent build long-term personal brands and navigate the complexities of the modern media landscape.

What believers are saying

  • Node gives Dulcedo AI tools for social listening, data analysis, and talent identification.
  • Dulcedo's 300-million combined following strengthens brand deals and cross-selling into campaigns.
  • Katie Beaudry's senior-agent hire signals continued investment in modeling and recruiting.

What critics are saying

  • Creator-economy consolidation compresses margins, and Node faces bigger competitors with larger cash reserves.
  • Talent businesses rely on star roster retention; one major agent exodus would damage revenue fast.
  • If Node integration stalls, Dulcedo's tech bet becomes a costly distraction from core talent management.

What makes Dulcedo Management unique

  • Dulcedo integrated Node App in September 2024, adding AI influencer-marketing software.
  • Its four divisions span models, sports, gaming, and influencer marketing across North America.
  • Great Place to Work named Dulcedo a 2026 Best Workplace for Young Talent.
