Requirements
  • An above-average completed banking apprenticeship with relevant further qualifications or a successfully completed degree is required.
  • Professional experience in the corporate client business, preferably in corporate client sales, is desirable.
  • Theoretical and ideally practical knowledge of cash management products is advantageous.

  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
Responsibilities
  • Acquire, advise, and sell cash management solutions and products to existing and prospective corporate clients in Germany and internationally.
  • Maintain and expand existing business, identify new opportunities, achieve quantitative and qualitative targets, develop a defined client portfolio, and acquire new cash management clients.
  • Support and drive German and global sales initiatives in close cooperation with local corporate client relationship managers.
  • Assume responsibility for independent sales of new and existing cash management business after acquiring comprehensive knowledge of client requirements, product information, and bank capabilities.
  • Advise on and distribute the complete Corporate Cash Management product portfolio, including payments, liquidity management, merchant solutions, and foreign exchange workflow solutions, while collaborating with product, sales, and coverage teams.
  • Conduct strategic dialogue with client decision-makers regarding treasury functions and treasury direction.
  • Structure comprehensive solutions for complex clients from the available cash management product portfolio and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Structure, price, and execute cash management product sales measures with the relevant product units, considering client-specific requirements and complying with applicable regulations.
  • Act as a sparring partner for the Client Sales Team and market areas to generate new business potential.
  • Identify trends and translate them into innovative, cross-product future solutions in coordination with internal partners and the global network.
  • Participate in Germany-wide project teams with members from different bank functions to advance new topics.
  • Comply with statutory, regulatory, and banking-policy requirements.

Schneider Electric raises $1.7B through dual-tranche bond offering

Schneider Electric raised €1.5 billion through a dual-tranche bond offering on Thursday. The French group priced an €800 million two-year floating-rate note maturing July 2028 at par with a coupon of three-month Euribor plus 30 basis points. The €700 million seven-year fixed-rate bond due December 2033 was priced at 99.942 to yield 3.386%, 58 basis points over mid-swaps, with a 3.375% annual coupon. Schneider Electric is rated A2 by Moody's and A by S&P, both with stable outlooks. Settlement is scheduled for 1 July 2026. Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, HSBC, MUFG and Natixis acted as active bookrunners.

ForteBank secures $300M syndicated loan, doubling funding volume with two-year tenor

ForteBank JSC has secured a $300 million syndicated loan with a two-year tenor, nearly doubling the volume from its previous transaction whilst extending maturity. The facility was arranged by Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank and Mashreqbank. The funding will support financing projects in Kazakhstan's real sector. The transaction follows ForteBank's $400 million five-year Eurobond issued in February 2025 and its debut $400 million AT1 perpetual bond from October 2025. The successful deal demonstrates ForteBank's continued access to international funding markets and reflects global financial institutions' confidence in the bank's credit profile and long-term strategy.

Mundys has signed an amendment and restatement of its revolving credit facility, securing a €2 billion sustainability-linked financing with extension until July 2030. The transaction aims to strengthen the company's financial structure in line with sustainable growth objectives. The facility was subscribed by a broad pool of Italian and international banks, including Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, Banco BPM, Banco Santander, Bank of America, Barclays, BNP Paribas, BPER Banca, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, ING, Intesa Sanpaolo, J.P.
