Responsibilities
  • Defend civil lawsuits against the County, County agencies, departments, officials, and employees.
  • Appear in tort actions venued in Federal and State court.
  • Handle serious and complex cases involving personal injury claims arising from accidents on County roads, accidents involving County employees or County-owned property, and civil rights claims against County law enforcement.
