Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global Production Services strategy, aligning support capabilities with business priorities, technology modernization initiatives, and enterprise risk management objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of production services managers, engineers, and support professionals across multiple regions.
  • Strengthen incident, problem, change, and escalation management processes to reduce repeat issues, control gaps, and operational risk while improving platform stability.
  • Champion an automation-first mindset, leveraging AI, observability, and modern engineering practices to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
  • Provide strategic leadership across EFX platforms, ensuring a strong understanding of front-to-back trade flows, market structure, and critical business services supporting execution and trading activities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business, technology, and operations leaders, influencing strategic decisions, investment priorities, and service delivery models.
  • Drive improvements in availability, resiliency, SLA performance, incident reduction, and time to restore service for critical platforms.

Luminary raises $22M to scale AI wealth transfer platform supporting $500B in assets

Luminary, an AI-native wealth transfer and administration platform, has raised $22 million in Series A funding led by Ten Coves Capital. The round included participation from BNY and 8VC, bringing total funding to nearly $32 million since launching in 2021. The platform ingests estate documents and converts them into structured data that powers workflows for financial advisors, trust companies, law firms and accounting firms. This helps them scale guidance on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategy and trust administration. Luminary currently supports client assets totalling more than $500 billion. Customers include Caprock, IEQ Capital and Wealth Enhancement Group. The funding will be used to expand AI capabilities, integrations and administrative workflows, whilst growing the sales and business development teams.

The bank generated $5.7 billion in revenue in the second quarter, up 13% year over year, with 70% derived from asset custody and servicing fees.
