Requirements
- At least 5 years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Product Manager, including at least 2 years running 3 or more concurrent initiatives.
- Technical literacy to read and reason about REST APIs, webhooks, data schemas, and authentication flows; write integration specifications independently; and challenge vendor-proposed contracts.
- Write specifications in English to a standard that external partners can build from without rework.
- Proven vendor or implementation-partner management, including scoping, holding partners to timelines, and escalating quality issues.
- Structured, self-directed follow-up discipline, with the ability to impose a system without being managed through it.
- Discipline in backlog documentation and tooling such as ClickUp, Jira, Linear, or similar, and the ability to run delivery cadence rather than only update tickets.
Responsibilities
- Take over day-to-day product ownership of 11 in-flight initiatives and own requirements, backlog, delivery cadence, vendor and system coordination, and follow-up closure across the portfolio.
- Write functional requirements documents, user stories, and integration specifications that engineers and implementation partners can build from without another round of clarification.
- Define acceptance criteria and own user acceptance testing sign-off.
- Maintain master-data definitions across Odoo, SAP, and Zoho.
- Own the business backlog in ClickUp, including grooming, prioritization, and sprint and release planning.
- Drive delivery cadence with the Engineering Lead and engineering squad, unblocking work rather than escalating by default.
- Run demos, collect structured feedback, and close the loop.
- Take ownership of the open follow-up queue at handover by triaging, assigning, and chasing items to closure, and preventing the queue from re-accumulating.
- Convert meeting outcomes into tracked work items the same day.
- Manage day-to-day technical coordination with telematics, IoT/DMS, charging, ERP implementation, and SAP partners.
- Own integration contracts and data-flow definitions between SAP, Odoo, the analytics platform, and the charging management system.
- Translate between operations, finance, HSE, commercial, and engineering stakeholders.
- Report status upward in a form that requires no rework before reaching Group leadership.
Desired Qualifications
- Basic SQL skills and the ability to pull and sanity-check data without waiting on engineering.
- Applied AI or large language model product exposure.
- Odoo or SAP functional exposure, including MM, SD, FM, or PS.
- Experience with data and analytics products, including dashboards, KPI definition, and reporting pipelines.
- Experience working as the sole Product Manager in a lean team without dedicated business analysts, designers, or delivery managers.
- Logistics, fleet, mining, automotive, or energy domain exposure, especially Indonesian heavy-duty or hauling operations.
- Hands-on experience with telematics or IoT hardware rollouts, including device installation programs, field data validation, and firmware or sensor customization.
- EV, charging infrastructure, or sustainability/ESG reporting background.
- Prior experience embedded as an outsourced resource inside a client's product team.
