  • Superb written communication skills in English
  • 5+ years of experience working within or with a game studio
  • Prior experience in project management, PR/communications/journalism, content creation, and social media & community management
  • Some experience and a good understanding of product/B2C marketing principles

Responsibilities
  • Develop community efforts aligning with business goals
  • Plan and execute community activities with the team
  • Follow game development status and contribute to player-facing communications
  • Stay updated on game developments and player sentiment
  • Act as a project manager for Player Ops tasks
  • Handle communications with external partners and community ambassadors
  • Prioritize Player Ops tasks according to company targets
  • Support marketing campaigns with tailored community content
  • Provide assistance with market/competitor research
