  • Experience as a leader across multiple industries and supply chain and operations areas
  • Experience developing others
  • Strong business community relationships
  • Experience growing customer business within professional services
  • Knowledge of strategic, budgeting, and sales planning
  • Strong ability in deal shaping and negotiation
  • Sales responsibility for a book of business in service offering or industry segment
  • Background in operational excellence/lean six sigma
  • Track record of growing sustainable business within supply chain and operations services
  • Experience selling large-scale solutions and outcomes based offerings in supply chain and operations
  • Experience serving as an executive peer and thought partner to C-suite executives
  • Strong, active executive network in segment
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Ability to work from home
  • Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary
Responsibilities
  • Partnership with Growth Leadership and industry teams to develop customer segmentation and targeted pursuits
  • Growing sales and profitability of supply chain and operations offerings across client industries
  • Understanding customers' strategic roadmap and long-term vision
  • Aligning Point B capabilities with customers' challenges and opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design appropriate solutions
  • Leading development of proposals aligned with business objectives
  • Influencing client thinking through leading practice perspective
  • Maintaining deep domain perspective and eminence in the market
  • Leading offering development strategy based on customer needs and market trends
  • Engaging in thought leadership relevant to supply chain and operations
  • Meeting sales and growth targets
  • Building and nurturing employees on the Point B Team
  • Serving as escalation point for Point B Growth and Delivery leaders
  • Delivering C-Suite advisory-level subject matter expertise
  • Coaching, developing, and supporting Growth and Delivery colleagues
  • Engaging in Point B's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts
