About the Job

Requirements

  • Around 5–6 years of product experience, including meaningful time in a growth-oriented product management role, ideally at a SaaS or B2B company.
  • Understand customer segmentation and identify differing customer needs, translating them into prioritized features with design and engineering.
  • Own work end to end, including product building, customer interviews, sales calls, and pilots, while partnering with go-to-market, design, and engineering.
  • Balance qualitative and quantitative signals and turn raw product data into actionable insights and next steps.
  • Be skilled with AI and experiment with current tools; create prototypes through vibe coding to demonstrate ideas.
  • Apply product and design judgment to reduce friction in customer-facing product experiences such as onboarding.
  • Operate with ownership and comfort in ambiguity, relying on evidence and influence rather than a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead growth strategy and product initiatives to expand into new customer segments and deepen engagement with existing segments through their use of Scout.
  • Own customer understanding from the first Scout demo through subsequent usage; join demos and sales calls, and collaborate with go-to-market and EPD to distinguish immediate actions from longer-term roadmap goals.
  • Learn how customers use Scout, identify relied-upon features and areas of difficulty, and implement measures ranging from notifications to product changes that encourage continued use.
  • Own dashboards and metrics tracking how customer segments convert, onboard, and engage with the product, and define healthy account growth.
  • Shape and defend evidence-based priorities in roadmap discussions, working with product leads to inform what the company builds next.
  • Identify product-related blockers in the deal cycle, prepare for security and procurement requests, improve product materials, and help convert pilots into full customers.
  • Run campaigns that drive awareness and activation among existing customers, including outreach, office hours, and personalized messaging to increase regular Scout usage in partnership with growth and product.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in a growth-oriented product management role at a SaaS or B2B company is ideally preferred.
