Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of the nonprofit experience with Benevity’s ecosystem across software and teams, such as disbursements, vetting, volunteering, etc.
  • 2-4+ years of client-focused work experience in the not-for-profit sector
  • 1+ years of data analysis and reporting experience
  • Data-driven mindset and attention to detail - whether dealing with spreadsheets or building relationships
  • Experience exchanging and building/managing relationships with nonprofits, helping solve problems, ideally at the executive level
  • Reliable team player that enjoys collaborating cross-functionally and builds trust through high accountability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to translate technical information into everyday terms, and the ability to chair meetings or host webinars
  • Advanced skill in Excel
  • Transparent, collaborative approach to problem solving and team interactions
  • Demonstrated social and emotional intelligence and well-developed soft skills
  • Passion for helping nonprofits make a sustainable impact
Responsibilities
  • Curate engaging content for crisis response and awareness events like International Women’s Day, and create custom lists to align with client campaigns and pillars
  • Provide custom reports on eligibility, regions, and NTEE codes to support client programs and internal stakeholders
  • Build and manage relationships with key nonprofit partners, advising them on partnerships, corporate engagement, profile optimization, and donor experience to maximize funding potential
  • Lead projects to enhance the nonprofit experience, including connecting nonprofit-facing functions and participating in the development of a Cause-focused relationship management system
  • Utilize statistical methods to prepare reports on market trends, user behavior, and cause demographics
  • Serve as an ambassador for the cause-facing teams, modeling desired behaviors in all professional interactions
  • Create custom documentation and presentations as needed
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the nonprofit ecosystem, collaborating on projects such as nonprofit webinars, case studies, speaking engagements, content creation, and Benevity Live! speaker selection
