Requirements
  • Expertise using Workday in functional areas such as Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Security
  • BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday implementation, configuration, and post-production support
Responsibilities
  • Play an integral role in the configuration, support, and success of Workday and other People Systems
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement best practices for Workday based on requirements
  • Lead system configuration, testing, and deployment of assigned applications
  • Train end-users and peers on new processes and functionality
  • Support business partners with support related requests for Workday
