Responsibilities
  • Serve as an advocate and coach for building diverse and inclusive teams
  • Provide strategic HR leadership to leaders in Product, Engineering, and UX
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional People partners
  • Guide and coach senior leaders across people-related areas
  • Utilize people trends to identify gaps and deploy people strategies
  • Collaborate and influence across peers within the People Operations team
  • Drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent
  • Understand the business inside and out to provide customized consultation
  • Influence People Team strategy and programming to meet business objectives
  • Provide creative and interactive solutions while being comfortable with ambiguity
