Strive Health raised $550 million in Series D funding, comprising $300 million in equity led by NEA and $250 million in debt led by Hercules Capital. Investors include CVS Health Ventures, CapitalG, and BlackRock affiliates. The funding will help Strive Health scale its value-based kidney care business, which manages nearly $5 billion in annual medical spend, aiming to reduce costs and hospitalizations while improving patient satisfaction.
