Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A comprehensive understanding of IT frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver partner training on Keyfactor solutions, services, and best practices.
  • Collaborate on the design and delivery of training programs covering products, services, positioning, and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate on the creation and curation of training content, including presentations, webinars, and product guides, tailored to different partner segments.
  • Collaborate in defining and tracking key performance indicators to evaluate partner enablement program effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding partner performance and the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Build relationships with advanced regional partners and act as a primary point of contact and technical champion for partner inquiries and issues.
  • Provide ongoing support to partners, address technical questions, and help them overcome obstacles.
  • Navigate the transition of projects from partner delivery to Keyfactor Support and Customer Success teams through a steady-state handoff.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
  • Validate that business goals are defined and attained.
  • Reduce time to value through structured project playbooks.
  • Collaborate with sales and global service teams to ensure partners have the resources needed to scope and deliver Keyfactor projects.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on business priorities and ensure consistent messaging to partners.

The milestone follows the company's funding round this summer, in which it raised more than $1 billion. The investment was led by Summit Partners. The company specialises in digital identity management and cryptography services.

Keyfactor acquires Cofide to manage verified identities for AI agents and software workloads

Keyfactor has announced plans to acquire Cofide, a UK-based platform that issues verified identities to software workloads and AI agents in cloud environments. Financial terms were not disclosed. Cofide addresses the security gap created by automated systems vastly outnumbering employees in enterprise environments. Most are still secured with static credentials that can be copied or stolen. The platform replaces these with unique, short-lived verified identities using cryptographic proof, built on open standards including SPIFFE, OAuth and OIDC. The acquisition will integrate Cofide into Keyfactor's Trust Control Plane, creating a unified system for managing non-human identities alongside certificates and keys.
