Kevin Weil named Senior Vice President and Production Solutions Business Unit Leader.

Kevin Weil named Senior Vice President and Production Solutions Business Unit Leader. Foth is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Weil as the organization's Senior Vice President and Production Solutions Business Unit Leader, effective July 11, 2026. Weil succeeds Patrick George in the role. "Kevin is the right leader at the right time for Production Solutions. He brings a deep understanding of our clients, a passion for innovation, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams," said Foth CEO Randy Homel. "I'm excited about the future of the business. Kevin's vision and commitment to excellence will continue to strengthen our position as a trusted partner for manufacturers across North America." Weil joined Foth in 2019, initially supporting the beverage market before expanding his involvement across all Production Solutions market segments and delivery methods. His work has included leading client relationships, driving business development efforts, and coordinating new opportunities across business units to connect clients with the right expertise and resources. Throughout his time at Foth, Weil has served as a client team leader, market leader, and business development leader. He has built strong relationships with clients and colleagues while helping advance strategic initiatives across the Production Solutions business unit. Prior to joining Foth, Weil led sales, marketing, and product management functions for an international automotive manufacturer. His experience combines business leadership, market strategy, and client-focused problem solving, providing a strong foundation for the Production Solutions team. In his new role, Weil will focus on strengthening partnerships, expanding opportunities for clients, and helping organizations solve complex engineering, manufacturing, and operational challenges. Working alongside the Production Solutions team, he will continue advancing Foth's commitment to delivering practical, integrated solutions that create lasting value for clients across the food and beverage, consumer products, pulp and paper, life sciences, and industrial manufacturing markets. "What excites me most about this opportunity is that we have all the right pieces in place: extraordinary talent, deep technical expertise, and a client-focused culture," said Weil. "We have been diligently building our organization into the strongest full-service partner in the industry and are uniquely positioned to support manufacturing clients on their mission-critical projects. We can design it with a diverse suite of engineering, build it as a licensed general contractor, implement it as a certified systems integrator, or automate it as a custom equipment provider. By bringing those strengths together in new ways, we're positioned to help our clients solve increasingly complex challenges, accelerate innovation, and achieve results that propel their businesses to new heights."
