Network and Systems Architect Intern
About the job
- A Bac+3 minimum in networks, systems, or cybersecurity, or an equivalent qualification, is required.
- The candidate must be seeking to join a Bac+5 Mastère Expert Réseaux, Infrastructures et Sécurité program through an apprenticeship.
- Candidates must be eligible for an apprenticeship.
- Basic knowledge of networks and systems and logical troubleshooting ability is required.
- Knowledge of security concepts including hardening, identity and access management, and segmentation is required.
- The candidate should demonstrate documentary rigor and service orientation.
- Curiosity, analytical ability, autonomy, organization, communication, and teamwork are required.
- Contribute to architecture documentation, including diagrams, flows, and technical choices.
- Participate in needs assessments covering performance, availability, and security.
- Assist with network evolution involving virtual local area networks, routing, virtual private networks, and interconnections.
- Participate in testing and commissioning changes.
- Participate in maintaining operational conditions for Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and related services.
- Contribute to virtualization, storage, and backup initiatives as applicable.
- Apply security best practices including segmentation, multifactor authentication, access rights, and hardening.
- Participate in patch and vulnerability tracking and compliance controls.
- Update high-level design and low-level design documentation, procedures, and runbooks.
- Contribute to automation using scripts, Ansible, or Terraform as applicable.
