About the company

Eleos Technologies offers a driver-facing mobile platform that is programmable and customizable, unifying all driver needs in one app. The platform powers driver apps and in-cab solutions for large trucking fleets, providing real-time access to tools, data, and workflows. It works via a configurable mobile environment with modular features and APIs that fleets tailor to their operations, integrating fleet management, routing, loads, and communication. Unlike many competitors, Eleos focuses on a programmable, unified driver experience rather than separate apps, aiming to streamline driver workflows and improve efficiency across large fleets.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • PrePass integration improves driver bypass workflows and strengthens fleet stickiness.
  • Eleos still markets to large fleets, signaling active customer expansion in 2026.
  • OpenCab adoption can deepen ecosystem lock-in across trucking software partners.

What critics are saying

  • Eleos has only 31 employees, limiting enterprise sales and support capacity.
  • Trimble, Samsara, and Motive can commoditize driver-app features and squeeze margins.
  • If Knight-Swift changes priorities, Eleos loses strategic backing and could stagnate.

What makes Eleos Technologies unique

  • Knight-Swift owns Eleos, giving trucking-native distribution and operational integration since 2021.
  • OpenCab standard lets Eleos unify ELDs, cameras, sensors, and driver apps.
  • Eleos customizes mobile workflows for fleets, plus Drive Axle document scanning.
