- Draft pleadings, including complaints, motions, and oppositions.
- Draft and review discovery, meet-and-confer letters, and discovery motions.
- Argue motion and opposition hearings remotely and in court.
- Take and defend percipient and expert depositions.
- Prepare pre-trial documents and trial materials.
- Participate actively in trial.
- Strategically litigate cases by obtaining key evidence to develop case files.
- Draft mediation briefs, attend mediations, and actively participate in settlement negotiations.
- Communicate regularly with clients.
- Assist in managing litigation assistants and paralegals.
- Attend regular professional development training.
- The candidate should be highly motivated to learn and grow.
